how do you make 2/5 Cup with basic measuring cups?

If i'm not mistaken, half of 3/4 cup is 2/5 cup but i don't know how to measure 2/5 cup with my measuring spoons and cups. i cutting a recipe in half btw.

you're mistaken.

Half of 3/4 cup = a wee bit less than 1/3 cup.

3/4 cup = 6 oz. volume, so half of that is 3 oz. volume. 3.3 oz. = 1/3 cup, so not quite to the 1/3 line will give you what you need.
