How to brew a strong cup of espresso?
Hi guys,
I wanna make tiramisu and when I saw the cooking video, they stated 2 cups of espresso for soaking the lady fingers. By 2 cups, they do not mean the small espresso cups, they meant one baking cup, which is 250ml (which is 8 fluid oz). So how much water or tsp of espresso granules will I need to brew one 250 ml cup of strong espresso coffee? Please reply soon!!!
They mean 2 cups, as in the official measurement... same as if they asked for 2 cups of flour or sugar.
How much you need to make depends on the type of espresso you have the method you are making it. Read the directions on the package... make more than you need and just use 2 cups of it.
Drink the rest yourself. Enjoy your tiramisu.
