would a Singaporean amd athlon processor work on a motherboard i here in the us?
i am planning on ordering an amd athlon processor from a Singaporean seller and would like to know if it would still function if i put it in a US motherboard. is this possible? voltage issues? etc. thanks for the insight whoever answers
Check the processor spec's at the AMD website. Should be the same the world over,(also check mobo spec's, to really be sure it's compatible with the cpu.) The only thing that changes to my knowledge, is the power supply voltage setting, either 110 volts AC, or 220.
